All pro audio equipment sold by musicconcertevent.com is shipped from our warehouse in France. We handle all aspects of the shipping process in-house, including packing, palletisation, carrier selection, freight booking, export documentation and customs classification. Buyers do not need to arrange their own freight unless they specifically request to do so.

Every shipment leaves our warehouse with the original professional flight cases included as standard. Equipment is professionally packed for freight transit, with additional protection applied where required for fragile or high-value items. We do not ship equipment without appropriate protective packing under any circumstances.

All shipments are fully insured for their declared value during transit. In the event of loss or damage during shipping, we handle the insurance claim process on behalf of the buyer and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of each order. We provide a full freight quote before any order is confirmed. There are no hidden freight charges. The quote we provide is the cost you pay for shipping — inclusive of carrier fees, fuel surcharges and standard handling from our France warehouse. Customs duties and import taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our freight quotes.

Transit times

Transit times vary by destination and carrier. As a general guide, shipments within Europe typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Shipments to the USA typically take 7 to 14 business days depending on the service selected and customs clearance times. We provide estimated transit times with every freight quote and keep buyers informed of dispatch dates and tracking information as soon as shipments are collected from our warehouse

For international shipments outside the European Union — including to the USA, UK, Australia and other non-EU countries — customs duties and import taxes may apply at the destination. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide full and accurate commercial invoices and export documentation for all international shipments to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Buyers in the USA should note that used professional audio equipment imported from France is generally classified under specific HTS codes that attract standard rates of import duty. Margin VAT and export pricing

Warehouse collection

Buyers who prefer to collect equipment directly from our warehouse in France are welcome to do so by prior arrangement. Truckload collections can also be arranged for larger purchases.
